Inquiries and order confirmation

Browsing, opening a product image or sending an inquiry does not automatically place an order. This website has no online checkout. Orders are arranged directly with the team. Before paying, obtain written confirmation of the seller’s details, products or services, quantities, specifications, total price, payment arrangements and delivery or pickup plan.

Prices, offers and availability

Printing prices are starting prices. Product availability, sizes, colors, promotions and any limited quantities must be confirmed for your order. Confirm whether garments or blank items, artwork, shipping and applicable taxes are included. Images may include campaign concepts or styling accessories that are not part of an offer.

Artwork and custom production

Submit only artwork, logos, photographs and other material you own or have permission to use. Providing artwork for a project authorizes its use to fulfill that project; it does not transfer ownership or grant permission for unrelated advertising. Confirm any design fees, licensing or ownership of newly created artwork in writing.

Review spelling, names, sizes, colors, placement and proofs before approving production. Ask for a new quote if you change the design or specifications. Display colors and printed materials may differ; discuss color-critical work before approving the order.

Delivery, changes and problems

Read our Shipping & Pickup and Returns & Cancellations pages. Order-specific terms must be agreed before payment. Nothing on this website removes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Website content and other brands

Website photographs, videos, designs and brand materials belong to their respective rights holders. Do not copy or commercially reuse them without permission. Third-party names, logos and product images do not by themselves establish an endorsement, licensing arrangement or affiliation.
